In the course of our business activities, we work with various external parties. This sometimes requires personal data to be transferred to those external parties. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

Right to data portability
You have the right to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Where you request the direct transfer of data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

Information, correction and deletion
Within the framework of applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing and, where applicable, the right to correction or deletion of this data. For this and any other questions on the subject of personal data, you are welcome to contact us at any time.

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You may contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Data collection on this website

Cookies

Our website uses so-called “cookies.” Cookies are small data packets that do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or your web browser deletes them automatically.

Cookies may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain third-party services within websites (e.g., cookies for processing payment services).

Cookies serve various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website features would not work without them (e.g., the shopping cart feature or the display of videos). Other cookies may be used to analyze user behavior or for advertising purposes.

Cookies that are necessary for carrying out the electronic communication process, for providing certain functions you have requested (e.g., the shopping cart function), or for optimizing the website (e.g., cookies for measuring web traffic) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, unless another legal basis applies.

Cookies that are necessary for carrying out the electronic communication process, for providing certain functions you have requested (e.g., the shopping cart function), or for optimizing the website (e.g., cookies for measuring website traffic) (necessary cookies), are stored on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing necessary cookies to ensure the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies and similar recognition technologies has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and Section 25(1) of the TDDDG); consent may be revoked at any time.

You can configure your browser to notify you when cookies are set and to allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis, to block the acceptance of cookies in specific cases or generally, and to enable the automatic deletion of cookies when you close your browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

If additional cookies and services are used on this website, you can find this information in this Privacy Policy.

The following cookies and data are set:

  • csrf_https-contao_csrf_token: protects against cross-site request forgery attacks. Storage period: this cookie only persists for the current browser session and is technically necessary
  • PHPSESSID: stores the current PHP session. Storage period: this cookie only persists for the current browser session and is technically necessary

Cookies related to web analytics (Matomo)

The web analytics itself is performed entirely without cookies (see the Matomo section below). The following cookies are only set if you actively use the opt-out option described there:

  • mtm_consent_removed — set when you object to the analysis via the opt-out option; stores only your objection so that it can be respected on future visits. Contains no analytics data. Storage period: 30 years, or until deleted by you; depending on your browser, the actual storage period may be technically limited to a shorter duration (currently approx. 13 months in Chrome, for example), after which you may need to declare your objection again.
  • mtm_consent — only set if you revoke a previously declared objection (opting back in via the same checkbox); stores this decision. Storage period: 30 years, or until deleted by you; depending on your browser, the actual storage period may be technically limited to a shorter duration (currently approx. 13 months in Chrome, for example), after which you may need to declare your objection again.

Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is required for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) where this has been requested; consent may be withdrawn at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

Enquiries by email, telephone or fax
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request.

The data you send to us via contact enquiries will remain with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

Processing of customer and contract data
We collect, process and use personal customer and contract data for the purpose of establishing, defining the content of and amending our contractual relationships. We collect, process and use personal data relating to the use of this website (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable the user to use the service or to process billing. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship and expiry of any applicable statutory retention periods. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Analytics Tools and Advertising

Matomo

This website uses the open-source web analytics service Matomo. We operate Matomo exclusively on our own server; all analytics data remains with us and is not shared with third parties. We use Matomo to collect and analyse data about the use of our website, such as which pages were accessed and when, the region from which visits originate, and technical details such as the browser and operating system used. We use this information solely to improve our website.

Cookieless analytics and data minimisation
The analysis is performed entirely without cookies and without accessing information on your device. To attribute page views to a single visit, Matomo uses a short-lived identifier calculated on the server from your previously truncated IP address and general browser characteristics. This identifier is regenerated after 24 hours at the latest; recognising you beyond this period or across different devices is therefore not possible. No device fingerprinting for persistent recognition takes place.

In addition, we limit the collection of technical details to what is necessary: only the major version of your operating system and browser is stored. Your IP address is truncated before processing so that it can no longer be uniquely attributed to you; the full IP address is never stored. If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, your visit is not recorded at all. Raw data is deleted after 180 days; after that, only aggregated statistics without any reference to individual visits are retained.

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in anonymised reach measurement and the improvement of our website. As the analysis takes place without cookies and without accessing your device, no consent under the applicable ePrivacy rules is required.

How to object (opt-out)
You can object to the analysis at any time. To do so, use the setting below (checkbox). Your objection is stored in a cookie (mtm_consent_removed, see the cookie overview above) on your device — this is technically required so that your objection can be respected on future visits. If you delete your cookies or use a different device or browser, you will need to declare your objection again. If you revoke an objection, this is stored in the mtm_consent cookie.
