A website is more than a company presentation.
Sozial-Holding, with around 900 employees, is the largest care and social services provider in Mönchengladbach - operating municipal care homes and a wide range of care and support services.
The website needs to reach two very different people: those looking for information, and prospective employees. Both paths are separated from the outset - so that anyone considering a role doesn't have to navigate through content that isn't meant for them.
Open positions are published as structured data and appear where people actually look for work - including Google Jobs. A vacancy doesn't wait to be found on the site; it finds its way to where the right candidates already are.
And those who apply don't fall through the cracks: every application is routed via an interface directly into the holding's CRM system - captured and ready to process. The entire site is maintained in-house, kept current without going through third parties.
Built with Contao, with bespoke extensions and an interface to the applicant management system.
