Schrötgens Architekten designs single-family homes and office buildings at the upper end of the market - modern, reduced, uncompromising in execution. A presence for a practice like this faces a particular challenge: it is measured against the same standards the practice applies to its own work.
The site therefore steps back deliberately in favour of the projects. Overviews lead to individual buildings, where sliders present each structure with calm, without visual interference. The site is maintained by the practice itself - the system is set up so that the clear line is preserved in day-to-day use.
What began as a first collaboration has grown into an established working relationship over the years. The presence has evolved with it, refined in detail - quietly, without friction, because both sides share the same standards.
